This video is a recording of my presentation at our Sydney UC meetup group in February 2019. It covers how to move from a typical legacy PABX (such as a CISCO, Acatel, or Panasonic phone system) to Microsoft Teams. We discuss common challenges with users, meeting rooms and analogue devices, as well as offering solutions to provide PSTN connectivity and how to handle user adoption.
